Order Processing and Shipping:

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship within 1-9 business days.
  • Our warehouse is in Southern California.
  • We only ship within the U.S. and don’t deliver to P.O. boxes.

Alcohol Purchase Terms:

  • By ordering, you confirm you're 21 or older and give consent to charge your credit card.
  • Products are for personal use and not for resale. Applicable sales tax will be charged.

Product Responsibility:

  • While shipping, minor damages or cosmetic issues might occur. Whiskey Shipped isn't responsible for these minor damages.
  • Lost shipments due to hold requests or rescheduling aren't Whiskey Shipped's responsibility.

Returns and Failed Deliveries:

  • If a package is returned due to a failed delivery attempt, a 25% restocking fee applies. Shipping costs won't be refunded.
  • If the returned package is damaged due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, you're responsible for the full cost of the order.
  • All alcoholic beverage purchases require a recipient aged 21 or older to sign upon delivery.

Title to Goods and Shipping Laws:

  • You become the legal owner once payment clears and the carrier picks up the goods in California.
  • You're responsible for complying with local laws regarding receiving alcohol from out-of-state.

Delivery and Damaged Items:

  • Delivery requires an adult over 21 to sign. Report missing or incorrect items within three business days.
  • Please note that minor damage, cosmetic defects, or spillage during transit are possible. Whiskey Shipped is not liable for minor damages.

Ownership and Policy Changes:

  • The site is owned by Whiskey Shipped. Prices may change without notice. Whiskey Shipped can modify these terms at any time, and your continued use means you accept the changes. Breaching these terms ends your right to use the site if you're under 21.
