Shipping policy

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

• You confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You will ensure that a recipient aged 21 or older is available at the time of delivery to present a valid ID and sign for the package.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• If you decline Shipping Protection, Whiskey Shipped is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

• Returns and Failed Deliveries:

  • If a package is returned due to a failed delivery attempt, a 25% restocking fee applies. Shipping costs won't be refunded.

  • If the returned package is damaged due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, you're responsible for the full cost of the order.
