Boann Distillery Px Cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey (750ml)

Boann Distillery PX Cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey | PX Sherry Cask | Rich, Sweet & Luxuriously Fruity Boann Distillery PX Cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey combines the distinctive character of traditional Irish single pot still whiskey with the deep, indulgent influence of Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks. Known for their intensely rich and naturally sweet character, PX casks bring layers of dried fruit, dark sweetness, spice, and oak to the whiskey, creating a beautifully decadent expression with plenty of depth. The whiskey opens with inviting aromas of raisins, dates, figs, caramel, vanilla, and warm baking spice. On the palate, the creamy texture of single pot still Irish whiskey is complemented by rich dried fruit, dark caramel, toasted oak, chocolate, and subtle nutty notes. The PX cask influence provides a luxurious sweetness without overwhelming the underlying whiskey character. The finish is long, warming, and fruit-forward, with lingering notes of raisin, dark chocolate, vanilla, spice, and gently toasted oak. This is a distinctive Irish whiskey for enthusiasts who appreciate wine-cask maturation and want an expression that delivers richness, complexity, and a memorable finish.
