Laws Bourbon Ralphie's Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey Laws Bourbon Ralphie's Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a distinctive Colorado bourbon crafted from heirloom grains grown in Colorado and water sourced from El Dorado Springs just south of Boulder. Produced by Laws Whiskey House in Denver, this expression reflects the distillery's grain-forward approach and commitment to making whiskey entirely in Colorado. Built from a four-grain mash bill of 60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye, and 10% heirloom malted barley, Ralphie's Reserve is aged for more than three years in new 53-gallon charred American white oak barrels. The result is a smooth and expressive bourbon featuring notes of red apple, cinnamon, brown sugar, oatmeal, almond, cedar, and toffee. Tasting Notes Nose: Bright red apple and cinnamon with inviting hints of warm baking spice. Palate: Smooth and flavorful with brown sugar oatmeal, almond, vanilla custard, and subtle woody character.
