Ninth Wave Irish Gin Inspired by Celtic mythology and the wild spirit of Ireland’s rugged coastline, Ninth Wave Irish Gin is a contemporary premium gin crafted at Hinch Distillery in County Down. Distilled with pure Irish water and a selection of carefully chosen botanicals, it captures the freshness of the sea and the vibrancy of the land. Bright and invigorating, this gin balances classic juniper with citrus zest, spice, and subtle floral notes, creating a smooth and refreshing profile. Whether enjoyed in a crisp gin & tonic or as the foundation of a crafted cocktail, Ninth Wave offers a taste as bold and timeless as the waves that inspired its name. Botanical Blend – Juniper-led with citrus, spice, and floral accents. Smooth & Refreshing – Crafted for balance, purity, and clarity of flavor. Irish Heritage – Distilled with pristine Irish water at Hinch Distillery. Versatile Serve – Perfect for a classic G&T, martini, or creative cocktails. A gin of depth and character, Ninth Wave Irish Gin invites you to embrace the spirit of adventure with every sip.
