Koch El Mezcal Ancestral Maguey Espadín de Jayacatlán – 12 Pack Bundle Experience the depth and authenticity of Oaxaca’s mezcal tradition with the Koch El Mezcal Ancestral Maguey Espadín de Jayacatlán 12 Pack Bundle — a collection crafted for true mezcal enthusiasts and connoisseurs of artisanal spirits. Each bottle represents the heritage of the Sierra Sur region of Oaxaca, where agave cultivation and ancestral distillation are elevated to an art form. Handcrafted from 100% Maguey Espadín (Agave angustifolia), this mezcal is made following ancestral methods — stone-ground by tahona, fermented naturally in wooden vats, and distilled in clay pot stills. The result is a pure, smoky, and earthy spirit that embodies the heart of Oaxaca’s mezcal-making legacy. Ancestral Craftsmanship – Produced using traditional hand techniques that honor centuries of mezcal artistry, from agave roasting to clay-pot distillation. Authentic Oaxaca Origin – Made from Espadín agave harvested in Jayacatlán, a region known for its complex, mineral-rich terroir. Flavor Profile – Rich smoke intertwined with roasted agave, tropical fruit, and hints of pepper and minerality, finishing long, warm, and elegant. Collector’s 12 Pack – Perfect for mezcal bars, gifting, tastings, or stocking up on a handcrafted favorite from one of Oaxaca’s most respected producers. Sustainable & Small Batch – Koch El Mezcal is committed to preserving traditional methods while supporting local communities and environmental sustainability. Koch El Mezcal Ancestral Maguey Espadín de Jayacatlán – 12 Pack Bundle — an authentic taste of Oaxaca’s spirit, shared twelvefold
