Broken Barrel California Oak Whiskey
Where Kentucky Tradition Meets California Craft.
Broken Barrel California Oak Whiskey is a distinctive American whiskey that marries the rich heritage of Kentucky bourbon with the bold, expressive influence of California winemaking. This unique spirit begins as a traditional Kentucky straight bourbon, distilled with a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, and aged in new charred American oak barrels.
What sets it apart is Broken Barrel’s signature Oak Bill™ finishing process, where the bourbon is infused with staves from California Cabernet Sauvignon barrels and charred American oak, adding deep layers of complexity and character.
The result is a whiskey that offers the smooth, caramel-rich foundation of Kentucky bourbon, elevated by fruit-forward notes and refined tannins from California wine casks. It's bold, balanced, and built for the adventurous palate.
