Koch El Mezcal Español San Baltazar – 3 Pack Bundle Experience the depth, heritage, and handcrafted purity of Oaxacan mezcal with the Koch El Mezcal Español San Baltazar 3 Pack Bundle. Crafted in the renowned mezcal-producing village of San Baltazar Guelavila, this trio showcases Koch’s dedication to traditional methods, single-agave expressions, and the natural character of the agave Español varietal. Each bottle is made using time-honored techniques — including underground stone pit roasting, tahona milling, natural fermentation, and copper pot distillation — resulting in a mezcal that captures the true artistry of Oaxaca. With three bottles in one bundle, this set is ideal for collectors, mezcal enthusiasts, and anyone looking to explore the complex world of single-agave spirits. Single-Agave Expression – Crafted exclusively from agave Espadín/Español, prized for its balance of sweetness, minerality, and herbal character. Traditional Production – Roasted in earthen pits, crushed by tahona, naturally fermented, and distilled in copper for an authentic Oaxacan profile. Flavor Profile – Notes of roasted agave, fresh herbs, light smoke, citrus peel, and warm earthiness with a smooth, lingering finish. Village Craftsmanship – Produced in San Baltazar Guelavila, a region celebrated for its mezcaleros and distinct terroir. Perfect for Tasting & Sharing – A 3-bottle set ideal for building your collection, gifting, or hosting mezcal tastings with friends. Koch El Mezcal Español San Baltazar – a trio of handcrafted Oaxacan tradition, bottled in its purest form.
