Hatozaki Omakase Collection Mizunara Cask Finish Rye Whiskey
A masterful fusion of tradition and innovation, Hatozaki Omakase Collection Mizunara Cask Finish Rye Whiskey is an exceptional expression that embodies the artistry of Japanese whisky craftsmanship. This limited-edition release is carefully selected and finished in rare Mizunara oak casks, imparting an unmistakable depth of flavor and complexity.
Crafted from a high-rye mash bill, this whiskey presents a bold yet refined character. The influence of Mizunara oak introduces delicate layers of sandalwood, aromatic spices, and a subtle hint of coconut, seamlessly complementing the rye’s signature notes of pepper, caramel, and dried fruit. The result is a perfectly balanced spirit with a silky mouthfeel and a lingering, sophisticated finish.
As part of the exclusive Omakase Collection, this whiskey is a tribute to the Japanese philosophy of trust and craftsmanship, offering a one-of-a-kind tasting experience for discerning whiskey enthusiasts.
