Sazerac Rye Full Proof Whiskey Powerful, precise, and unapologetically bold, Sazerac Rye Full Proof Whiskey delivers rye in its purest, most intense form. Bottled at full barrel proof, this limited expression preserves the whiskey’s natural character straight from the cask—offering depth, structure, and concentrated flavor for true rye enthusiasts. Distilled at Buffalo Trace Distillery and aged in new charred American oak barrels, this full proof release showcases the spice-forward personality rye lovers crave, elevated by remarkable balance and complexity. Tasting Notes Aroma: Bright citrus peel, candied orange, fresh mint, and baking spice layered over toasted oak Palate: Bold rye spice, dark caramel, cinnamon, clove, and rich toffee with a full, viscous mouthfeel Finish: Long, warming, and robust with lingering pepper, oak, and subtle sweetness Highlights Full Barrel Proof – Uncut and non-chill filtered for maximum intensity and authenticity. Rye-Forward Profile – Classic spice, herbal freshness, and depth of flavor. Distillery Craftsmanship – Produced at the renowned Buffalo Trace Distillery. Collector’s Expression – A sought-after release ideal for sipping neat or with a few drops of water to unlock its complexity.
