Califino Añejo Tequila
Califino Añejo Tequila is a truly exceptional spirit that captures the essence of fine craftsmanship and the rich, timeless flavors of premium aged tequila. Made from 100% blue Weber agave, this añejo is aged for over 18 months in a combination of American oak and French oak barrels, which impart a rich, complex character while preserving the agave's natural sweetness.
On the nose, Califino Añejo opens with enticing aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, and dark caramel, followed by hints of dried fruit, cocoa, and soft spices. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with flavors of rich agave sweetness, toffee, roasted nuts, and a gentle touch of spice. The oak aging lends a warm, velvety texture, with a perfect balance between sweetness and complexity. The finish is long and elegant, with a lingering, slightly smoky warmth that invites another sip.
Whether sipped neat, enjoyed on the rocks, or featured in a refined cocktail, Califino Añejo Tequila is the ideal choice for those who appreciate a high-quality, complex tequila with a smooth, luxurious profile. Its exceptional aging process and balanced flavor make it a standout addition to any collection or special occasion.
