Pasote Añejo Tequila is a refined and sophisticated expression that embodies the essence of craftsmanship and tradition. Carefully aged for over 18 months in American oak barrels, this Añejo tequila offers a smooth, well-rounded profile with layers of complex flavors that evolve with every sip.
On the nose, Pasote Añejo reveals a rich bouquet of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, accompanied by delicate hints of roasted agave and dark chocolate. The palate is velvety and full-bodied, with notes of rich toffee, spiced wood, and a subtle smokiness that adds depth to its character. The long, luxurious finish is smooth and warm, leaving a lasting impression of sweet agave and a hint of citrus zest.
Pasote Añejo is a tequila designed for sipping, ideal for those who appreciate the refined balance of aging and the bold, agave-forward character that defines great tequila. Whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as the centerpiece of an elevated cocktail, this exceptional Añejo is the perfect choice for those seeking a premium, high-quality tequila experience.
