HOW COULD WE MAKE A MORE VIBRANT LEMON VODKA? By zesting real California lemons versus pouring in fake flavoring. Nothing tastes fresher than real lemons. That’s why we hand zest 2,000 ripe Eureka lemons in every batch of TRU Lemon Vodka for a bright, intense burst of real flavor. Flavorful enough to shine with club soda or update classics like the Lemon Drop, Tom Collins or Vesper Martini. DESCRIPTION: A new kind of infused vodka where the flavor comes from food, not synthetics TASTING NOTES: Bright, vivid and juicy with flavors of sweet lemon and pithy zest INGREDIENTS: Wheat spirits and fresh California lemons DOUBLE LEMON PRESSE 2 oz TRU Lemon Vodka 1 oz fresh lemon juice 1 oz simple syrup Fistful of mint Shake hard & strain into coupe Garnish with lemon wedge REVIEW “This 70-proof infusion (with hand zested organic California lemons) offers very bright lemon flavor, one that almost tastes of orange-like Meyer lemon. Splendid in a Cosmo or other citrus/juice-based cocktail. A-” Christopher Null, Drink Hacker
