Ben Holladay Soft Red Wheat Bottled-in-Bond 6 Year Bourbon Whiskey Ben Holladay Soft Red Wheat Bottled-in-Bond 6 Year Bourbon Whiskey is a refined expression of traditional American bourbon craftsmanship, produced at the historic Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri. Distilled using a mash bill that features soft red winter wheat in place of rye, this wheated bourbon offers a smooth, rounded profile while preserving the structure and richness that define classic bourbon. Bottled in Bond under the strict standards of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, this bourbon is the product of one distillation season, aged for a minimum of six years in federally bonded warehouses, and bottled at 100 proof. The extended aging allows the whiskey to develop layered complexity, balancing sweet grain character with elegant oak influence.
