Gold Bar Black Double Cask Bourbon Whiskey (750ml)

Gold Bar Black Double Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey Bold, complex, and unapologetically rich, Gold Bar Black Double Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a showcase of the power of dual maturation and high-craft mash bills. Crafted with care in San Francisco and finished in Napa Valley wine casks, this bourbon merges rugged backbone with elegant wine-and-oak polish.  Distilled from a mash bill of 80% Texas corn and 20% Oklahoma rye, the spirit is first aged 3-6 years in new American oak. Then it’s finished in former French oak wine barrels from Napa Valley, adding layers of smoothness, fruit, and depth. The result? A bourbon that balances fire and finesse like few others.  Mash Bill Mastery – 80% Texas corn / 20% Oklahoma rye for richness, sweetness, and spicy structure.  Double Cask Finish – Matured in new American oak, then finished in Napa Valley French oak wine barrels for elevated complexity.  Non-Chill Filtered, 46% ABV – Bottled at 92 proof, preserving its texture and intensity. Flavor Profile – Nose: Maple syrup, toffee, caramelized molasses, vanilla, charred oak, with spicy rye accents. Palate: Bold rye spice, toasted cinnamon, rich chocolate, sweet raw corn, and tobacco, with creamy mouthfeel.  Finish: Soft, buttery, mellow with hints of red fruit and lingering oak smoke.  Award-Winning Spirit – Double Gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, praised for its unique flavor layering and craftsmanship.  Perfect Pour – Neat or with a large ice cube to let its layers open. Also shines in cocktails such as the “Midnight Manhattan,” where the bourbon’s fruit, smoke, and oak bring unforgettable depth.  Gold Bar Black Double Cask Straight Bourbon — smoke, spirit, and fruit fused into a bottle of bold American character.
