Mary Dowling Tequila Barrel Finished Bourbon A bold meeting of two spirited traditions, Mary Dowling Tequila Barrel Finished Bourbon celebrates innovation rooted in history. Named after one of bourbon’s pioneering women, this distinctive expression bridges Kentucky craftsmanship with Mexican artistry — finishing finely aged bourbon in ex-tequila casks to create a whiskey unlike any other. Distilled from a traditional Kentucky bourbon mash bill and matured in new charred oak barrels, the spirit is then transferred into hand-selected tequila barrels, where it absorbs bright agave nuances and subtle tropical undertones. The result is a bourbon that masterfully blends rich caramel and oak depth with vibrant citrus, vanilla, and spice, offering a truly global harmony of flavor. Trailblazing Heritage – Inspired by Mary Dowling, a visionary distiller who helped shape bourbon’s legacy and spirit of perseverance. Innovative Finish – Aged bourbon refined in tequila barrels, merging Kentucky tradition with Mexican craftsmanship. Exceptional Balance – Layers of sweet oak, toffee, and vanilla enriched by hints of agave, lime zest, and gentle spice. Crafted for Discovery – Bottled at a robust proof to showcase the whiskey’s bold character and refined finish. Versatile Enjoyment – Remarkable neat, over ice, or as a foundation for elevated whiskey cocktails with a touch of agave brightness. Mary Dowling Tequila Barrel Finished Bourbon — where Kentucky heritage meets tequila soul in a groundbreaking bourbon expression.
