Distilled and matured entirely on-site in Washington State, this 9-year-old bourbon showcases the influence of the region’s unique climate — warm summers and cool, damp winters — that encourage slow, even maturation. Bottled at 100 proof, it offers a perfect balance between intensity and elegance, revealing layers of rich flavor and complexity. Extended Aging – Matured for 9 years in heavy char #4 oak barrels to achieve extraordinary smoothness and depth. Craft Distillation – Produced grain-to-glass in small batches using locally grown corn, rye, and malted barley. Bottled at 100 Proof – Delivers full-bodied flavor and a bold, warming presence while maintaining refined balance. Flavor Profile – Notes of caramelized brown sugar, vanilla bean, toasted oak, baking spice, and dark chocolate with a lingering finish of sweet smoke and leather. Exceptional Enjoyment – Best savored neat or with a splash of water to reveal its layered complexity; a standout choice for collectors and connoisseurs. Woodinville 9 Year 100 Proof Bourbon — a masterfully aged, full-strength expression of Pacific Northwest whiskey excellence.
