Virginia Distillery Cabernet Cask Select American Single Malt Whisky
Virginia Distillery Cabernet Cask Select American Single Malt Whisky is a bold and sophisticated expression that brings together the rich tradition of American whisky-making with the elegance of world-class Cabernet Sauvignon casks. This unique single malt is carefully aged in a combination of American oak and hand-selected Cabernet casks, imparting a deep, fruity complexity and refined character that stands out among its peers.
On the nose, it offers a captivating blend of dark berries, dried fruits, and subtle spice, with underlying notes of vanilla and oak. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with layers of dark chocolate, ripe red fruit, and a delicate touch of toffee. The influence of the Cabernet cask adds a sophisticated wine-like quality, enhancing the whisky’s depth and imparting hints of red wine tannins and berry sweetness. The finish is smooth and warming, with lingering notes of oak and a touch of spice.
Virginia Distillery Cabernet Cask Select American Single Malt Whisky is an exceptional choice for whisky enthusiasts seeking a unique experience. Whether enjoyed neat, with a splash of water, or paired with fine food, this remarkable whisky offers a luxurious, multi-layered tasting experience that celebrates both the art of American distilling and the complexity of Cabernet casks.
