High West Cask Collection Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels
Discover a remarkable expression of artistry and craftsmanship with High West Cask Collection Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels. This distinguished release takes High West’s signature bourbon and rye whiskies and enhances them through a careful finishing process in premium French oak barrels that once held rich, bold Cabernet Sauvignon wine. The result is a harmonious marriage of whiskey complexity and the deep, fruity nuances of wine.
On the nose, you’re greeted with enticing aromas of dark berry fruits, hints of cherry, and subtle oak, creating an inviting and layered profile. The palate unfolds with a balanced blend of rich caramel, spice, and the unmistakable influence of Cabernet, offering flavors of ripe blackberries, currants, and a touch of toasted vanilla. The finish is smooth and full-bodied, with lingering notes of dried fruit and fine tannins that showcase the depth and elegance imparted by the wine casks.
Ideal for collectors and whiskey aficionados, this limited edition release exemplifies High West’s dedication to innovation and refinement in every bottle. Whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a sophisticated cocktail, High West Cask Collection Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels is a testament to bold flavor and craftsmanship.
