Aberlour A'bunadh Alba
Aberlour A'bunadh Alba is a remarkable single malt Scotch whisky that offers an unforgettable experience for whisky enthusiasts. Aged exclusively in American oak ex-bourbon casks, this expression delivers a unique, vibrant character that sets it apart from other members of the A'bunadh family. Bottled at cask strength, A'bunadh Alba offers bold, rich flavors with an intensity that remains balanced and smooth, making it a true standout.
On the nose, A'bunadh Alba presents a lively bouquet of fresh citrus fruits, including zesty lemon, green apple, and hints of orange peel, with a backdrop of vanilla and delicate oak spice. The palate is bright and dynamic, showcasing sweet notes of toffee, honeyed fruit, and a touch of coconut, all infused with a subtle layer of warming spice. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich, with the cask strength adding depth and complexity without overwhelming the flavor profile.
The finish is long and satisfying, with a gentle sweetness that lingers, leaving behind traces of malted barley and a hint of oak. Its clean, crisp finish makes A'bunadh Alba a perfect choice for those who enjoy a whisky that offers both richness and refreshment.
Perfect for sipping neat, with a drop of water, or on the rocks, Aberlour A'bunadh Alba is an exceptional choice for those seeking a bold and distinctive whisky that still maintains the refined craftsmanship of Aberlour. Its cask strength and youthful, bright profile make it an ideal addition to any whisky lover's collection.
