Amarás Mezcal Logia Mexicano
A rare and exquisite expression, Amarás Mezcal Logia Mexicano showcases the untamed beauty of wild agave and the artisanal craftsmanship that defines Mezcal Amarás. Made from 100% Agave Mexicano (Agave Rhodacantha), this limited-edition mezcal is a true reflection of terroir, tradition, and sustainability, embodying the rich biodiversity of Mexico’s mezcal-producing regions.
Hand-harvested at peak maturity, the wild Agave Mexicano undergoes a meticulous production process, including slow underground roasting, natural fermentation, and copper pot distillation. This careful approach results in a mezcal of remarkable depth and character. The nose opens with inviting aromas of ripe tropical fruit, citrus zest, and earthy minerality, complemented by hints of herbal freshness and delicate smoke. On the palate, bold flavors of roasted agave, caramelized nuts, and sweet spices intertwine with subtle floral notes, leading to a velvety mouthfeel and a beautifully balanced smokiness. The finish is long and complex, with lingering whispers of spice, citrus, and a refined minerality that showcases the purity of the agave.
