Amaro CioCiaro Extra Bitter Liqueur
Authentically Italian. Distinctly Bold.
Crafted in the heart of Italy using a time-honored recipe dating back to 1873, Amaro CioCiaro Extra Bitter is an intense and sophisticated herbal liqueur designed for true aficionados of traditional amaro. Developed by the Paolucci family, this extra bitter expression is a deeper, more assertive take on the beloved classic, offering a richer profile that stands out in both cocktails and neat pours.
Blending a secret mix of over 30 herbs, roots, and botanicals, Amaro CioCiaro Extra Bitter delivers a robust and complex flavor experience—layering notes of citrus peel, licorice root, gentian, and aromatic spice with a firm, lingering bitterness that pays homage to the authentic Italian aperitivo tradition.
Ideal for contemporary bartending and classic Italian serves, this liqueur is a versatile essential for crafting bold Negronis, elevated spritzes, or serving simply over ice with a twist of orange.
