On the nose, Selección 1123 offers fresh aromas of cooked agave, citrus, and herbal nuances. The palate reveals a smooth, complex profile with flavors of bright agave sweetness, crisp pepper, and a hint of minerality, reflecting the limestone-rich soil of the region. The finish is clean, elegant, and refreshingly long, leaving notes of pepper and a touch of earthy spice.
