Agave Angustifolia Pacifica, Wild 7-8 Years
Young, green agave plants give Silvestre the lightness of a springtime bouquet.
In sight: crystalline
In smell: subtle floral and herbal notes
In taste: wildflowers, citrus, and the tartness of a green apple pie, with a gentle violet finish that does not linger on the palate
