Balcones Mirador Eclipse Single Malt Whisky – A Bold Fusion of Complexity and Elegance
Discover the rich and dynamic character of Balcones Mirador Eclipse, an exceptional single malt whisky that embodies the artistry of Texas whisky-making. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this unique expression is aged in a selection of premium oak casks, allowing it to develop deep complexity while maintaining the signature smoothness of Balcones’ renowned single malts.
On the nose, layers of toasted malt, honeyed figs, and dark berries intertwine with hints of caramelized sugar and oak spice. The palate is bold yet balanced, offering notes of ripe stone fruit, warm vanilla, and rich toffee, complemented by delicate undertones of cocoa and baking spices. A long, lingering finish leaves traces of charred oak, molasses, and a touch of smokiness, creating a truly unforgettable whisky experience.
Bottled at an optimal strength to highlight its intricate flavors, Balcones Mirador Eclipse is perfect for those who appreciate a whisky with depth, character, and a bold yet refined profile. Whether enjoyed neat or with a splash of water, this limited-release single malt is a must-have for collectors and whisky enthusiasts seeking a taste of Texas innovation.
