This exquisite bourbon is crafted through an intricate blending process that begins with full-bodied barrels featuring rich black cherry notes, combined with oak-forward barrels that offer a nutty flavor profile. To this harmonious blend, younger barrels with vibrant stone fruit and peppery accents are introduced. Finally, older barrels with luxurious notes of milk chocolate, cinnamon, and pecans are carefully layered in, resulting in a bourbon that finishes with opulent elegance.

- Indiana: 7.5, 8, & 10 years old
- Tennessee: 8 & 15 years old
- Kentucky: 9 years old
Derived Mash Bill:
- Corn: 79%
- Rye: 16%
- Malted Barley: 5%
Flavor Notes A delightful nose begins with honey, fresh citrus, cherry jam, and snickerdoodles, gradually giving way to deeper, richer tones of Kuromitsu and cinchona bark. The palate is warmed by caramel, chocolate, and pecan pie, before vibrant citrus zest and cherry cordial blend seamlessly with waves of pepper, cardamom, and cinnamon.
Appearance Tawny.
Nose The aroma opens with a medley of honey, lime, tangerine, and apricot, transitioning into cherry jam, Marcona almonds, and buttermilk pancakes. As it evolves, notes of Snickerdoodle cookies, Kuromitsu, chocolate mint, and a hint of cinchona bark emerge, followed by subtle hints of fresh citrus.
Palate The palate is rich and indulgent, featuring caramel, cherry cola, pecan pie, and chocolate torte, followed by bright citrus zest and cherry cordial. Pepper and cardamom notes flicker across the mid and back palate, leading to a dusting of cacao, Saigon cinnamon, and a hint of orange.
Finish A lingering finish of cinnamon, white pepper, citrus zest, and cherry.
With a Splash of Water: The aroma expands to include Hufsie spiced tea loaf, mead, brown butter cookies, and cinnamon doughnuts. The palate becomes even more decadent, with notes of salted caramel latte, baklava, and streusel. The finish coats the mouth with the flavors of cinnamon orange coffee cake and a touch of oak.
