Bozal Mezcal Castilla Reserva is an extraordinary, small-batch mezcal that showcases the exceptional flavors of the rare Castilla agave, known for its unique depth and complexity. Aged to perfection, this reserva expression offers a refined balance of smokiness, earthy richness, and subtle sweetness, making it a truly exceptional addition to any collection.
On the nose, Bozal Mezcal Castilla Reserva presents an inviting blend of rich, smoky aromas with hints of dried fruit, vanilla, and a touch of toasted oak. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with layers of roasted agave, caramelized sugar, and gentle spice. The aging process imparts a delicate woodiness, while maintaining the agave’s natural sweetness, resulting in a beautifully balanced and refined flavor profile. The finish is long and warming, with a lingering touch of vanilla and subtle earthiness.
Bozal Mezcal Castilla Reserva is perfect for sipping neat to fully appreciate its complexity, but it also shines in high-end cocktails, adding a unique depth of flavor. This mezcal embodies the artistry of traditional Oaxacan mezcal production, making it an ideal choice for those seeking to explore the nuanced and sophisticated world of aged mezcals.
