Bozal Mezcal Jabali Reserva is a rare and exceptional expression that showcases the rich, complex flavors of the wild Jabali agave. Known for its difficult cultivation and low yield, Jabali agave imparts a distinctive character that sets this mezcal apart. Aged to perfection in oak barrels, this reserva offers a refined balance of bold smokiness and deep, earthy complexity, making it a standout choice for connoisseurs and collectors.
On the nose, Bozal Mezcal Jabali Reserva reveals a captivating bouquet of roasted agave, smoky undertones, and hints of leather and toasted oak. The palate is full-bodied and rich, with layers of earthy flavors, roasted meats, and a subtle sweetness that comes from the agave’s natural sugars. The finish is long and smooth, with lingering notes of spice, oak, and a touch of vanilla, leaving a memorable impression.
Ideal for sipping neat or savoring in premium cocktails, Bozal Mezcal Jabali Reserva is an extraordinary mezcal that offers a unique journey through the depths of Oaxaca’s agave landscape. Its complexity and craftsmanship make it the perfect choice for those looking to explore the nuances of rare, aged mezcals.
