Bozal Mezcal Tobasiche is a remarkable, small-batch mezcal that showcases the unique flavors of the Tobasiche agave, a rare and highly revered variety from the mountains of Oaxaca. Known for its complex and bold profile, this mezcal offers an extraordinary experience for connoisseurs and newcomers alike.
On the nose, Bozal Mezcal Tobasiche reveals an intriguing blend of earthy smoke, roasted agave, and delicate floral notes, with hints of citrus zest and herbs that invite you to explore its layers. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with a perfect balance of deep, smoky flavors and the natural sweetness of the agave, accompanied by notes of stone fruit, spices, and a subtle vegetal quality. The finish is long and smooth, leaving a lingering warmth with hints of pepper and earth.
Bozal Mezcal Tobasiche is ideal for sipping neat to fully appreciate its complexity, but also works beautifully in craft cocktails that highlight its distinctive flavor profile. Whether you are a mezcal aficionado or a newcomer to the spirit, this exceptional mezcal offers a true taste of Oaxaca’s agave heritage, crafted with passion and precision.
