Brook Hill
Rare Character is revitalizing the legacy of Brook Hill Whiskey, originally crafted by the visionary Joseph L. Friedman—a key figure in the early bourbon movement of late 19th-century Kentucky. Brook Hill Whiskey symbolizes resilience, famously defying the constraints of Prohibition by maintaining lawful production throughout that challenging era.
Its allure extends beyond its rich amber hue; the iconic black label represents sophistication and tradition. Raise a glass to the heritage and enduring spirit of Brook Hill.
Background: Crafted from carefully selected grains and distilled with precision, Brook Hill Rare Character 11 Year Old embodies the distillery’s commitment to quality and authenticity. The extended aging process enhances its depth, resulting in a rye whiskey that is both approachable and complex, ideal for both sipping and mixing.
Serving Suggestions: Enjoy Brook Hill 11 Year Old neat or on the rocks to fully appreciate its nuanced flavors, or use it as a premium base for classic cocktails like a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned, elevating your drink to new heights.
