Campari Cask Tales Aperitif – Patiently Finished in Rum Barrels
A bold reimagination of a classic icon, Campari Cask Tales is a sophisticated aperitif that pays tribute to tradition while embracing innovation. This limited-edition expression elevates the unmistakable bitter complexity of Campari through an extended finishing process in carefully selected rum barrels, resulting in a refined and layered flavor profile.
The influence of rum casks introduces a delicate balance of sweetness and spice, enhancing Campari’s signature herbal and citrus notes with warm undertones of vanilla, caramel, and oak. The result is a velvety and well-rounded aperitif, where the bitter-sweet harmony is softened by a subtle richness, making it an exceptional choice for both classic and contemporary cocktails.
Whether enjoyed neat, over ice, or as the foundation for a reimagined Negroni or Boulevardier, Campari Cask Tales is a celebration of craftsmanship and creativity—an essential addition to any connoisseur’s collection.
