Cardrona Single Malt Whisky Just Hatched 3 Year
A vibrant and bold expression from one of New Zealand's most celebrated distilleries, Cardrona Single Malt Whisky Just Hatched 3 Year marks a remarkable journey of craftsmanship and innovation. This whisky, made from 100% New Zealand-grown malted barley, is carefully distilled and aged in a unique combination of American oak and sherry casks, allowing it to develop a distinctive and complex flavor profile in its early years.
The nose opens with delicate aromas of honey, malt, and vanilla, intertwined with fresh fruit notes of green apple and citrus zest. On the palate, it reveals a smooth and well-rounded character, with layers of toffee, malted cereal, and a touch of spice, complemented by subtle oak and dried fruit notes that enhance its depth. The finish is lightly sweet and crisp, with lingering hints of honeyed barley and a touch of oak.
