Convite Mezcal Jabali Edición Especial
Rare, complex, and masterfully crafted, Convite Mezcal Jabali Edición Especial is a true celebration of mezcal artistry. Made from 100% wild Jabali agave, one of the most challenging and temperamental agave varieties to distill, this limited-edition mezcal showcases the dedication and expertise of Oaxaca’s traditional mezcaleros.
On the nose, it delivers an intriguing bouquet of herbal and floral notes, interwoven with hints of citrus, fresh earth, and a touch of smoke. The palate is bold yet refined, revealing layers of bright tropical fruit, roasted agave, white pepper, and minerality, balanced by a delicate smokiness and a whisper of salinity. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering spice, subtle sweetness, and an undeniable complexity that captivates the senses.
Bottled in limited quantities, Convite Mezcal Jabali Edición Especial is an extraordinary expression, perfect for sipping neat and savoring slowly. A must-have for mezcal enthusiasts and collectors, this mezcal embodies the untamed spirit of Oaxaca’s wild agave.
