Desert Door Sotol 100 Proof
Desert Door Sotol 100 Proof is a bold, high-proof expression of Texas' distinctive spirit, crafted for those who seek intensity and complexity in their sips. Made from the wild-harvested Dasylirion plant, native to the desert landscapes of Texas, this premium sotol is produced with the utmost care and craftsmanship. It’s slow-roasted in traditional stone pits, then distilled to a potent 100 proof, creating a robust and full-bodied flavor profile that stands out.
The nose reveals an enticing balance of agave-forward sweetness, vibrant citrus zest, and smoky undertones. On the palate, the higher proof brings forward deep earthy notes with layers of pepper, fresh herbs, and a subtle, lingering warmth. The finish is long and smooth, with a clean minerality that makes this sotol a memorable and satisfying experience.
Desert Door Sotol 100 Proof is perfect for those who appreciate a spirited kick, whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails where its bold flavors can shine. It’s a true reflection of the wild Texas landscape and an exceptional choice for adventurous connoisseurs looking to explore the world of sotol at its most powerful.
