Dingle Lá 'Le Bríde Single Malt Irish Whiskey
A celebration of tradition and craftsmanship, Dingle Lá 'Le Bríde Single Malt Irish Whiskey is a finely curated expression that embodies the rich heritage and innovative spirit of the Dingle Distillery. Inspired by Imbolc, the ancient Irish festival marking the beginning of spring, this limited-edition release is a tribute to renewal and the artistry of Irish whiskey-making.
Matured in a harmonious combination of first-fill bourbon casks and rye casks, this single malt offers a distinctive and well-balanced profile. The nose reveals inviting aromas of vanilla, honeyed malt, and citrus zest, complemented by hints of toasted oak and warm baking spices. On the palate, layers of rich caramel, orchard fruits, and creamy toffee unfold, enhanced by subtle rye spice and a touch of black pepper. The finish is smooth and lingering, with echoes of sweet malt, oak, and delicate spice.
Tasting Notes:
