Green River Army 250th Anniversary Straight Bourbon A proud tribute to 250 years of service and sacrifice, Green River Army 250th Anniversary Straight Bourbon honors the enduring legacy of the United States Army with craftsmanship, heritage, and purpose. Created by Kentucky’s 10th-oldest licensed distillery, this limited-edition release embodies both strength and tradition — a bourbon worthy of America’s oldest military branch. Released on June 14, 2025 — the Army’s official founding date — this commemorative bottling stands at 111.1 proof (55.55% ABV) in symbolic recognition of Veterans Day (11/11). The whiskey is crafted from a mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley, aged between 4 and 7 years in new charred oak barrels. The result is a bold yet balanced bourbon that reflects both discipline and distinction. Official Tribute – Crafted in partnership with the U.S. Army to celebrate 250 years of honor, service, and American resilience. Memorable Proof & Design – Bottled at 111.1 proof in homage to Veterans Day, presented in Green River’s signature horseshoe-embossed bottle with commemorative Army detailing. Mash Bill & Maturation – Aged 4–7 years with a traditional Kentucky mash bill for a smooth, structured, and deeply flavorful expression. Flavor Profile – Layers of caramel, dark cherry, cocoa, and toasted oak unfold into warm notes of vanilla, toffee, and baking spice with a long, confident finish. Spirit of Purpose – A portion of proceeds supports soldier and veteran programs, ensuring each bottle gives back to those who serve. Green River Army 250th Anniversary Straight Bourbon — where American heritage, bold proof, and timeless craftsmanship unite in honor of service.
