Guillotine Ossetra Caviar Limited Edition Vodka (750ml)

Guillotine Ossetra Caviar Limited Edition Vodka Super-Premium French Vodka | 40% ABV | 80 Proof | 700mL | Savory, Delicate & Exceptionally Refined Guillotine Ossetra Caviar Limited Edition Vodka is an extraordinary collaboration between Guillotine Vodka and Petrossian, combining French grape-based vodka with the luxurious character of Ossetra Tsar Impérial caviar. Crafted from grapes sourced from vineyards in the Champagne region of France, this exceptionally rare expression offers a completely different interpretation of premium vodka, bringing subtle savory and maritime nuances to an otherwise elegant, citrus-driven spirit. The vodka is made using 20 grams of Ossetra caviar per liter, specifically selected for its suitability in the maceration and dilution process. Rather than overwhelming the spirit, the caviar contributes remarkably subtle layers of salinity and umami. The nose is delicate, with hints of brine and gentle smoke, while the palate develops refined iodized and savory notes reminiscent of caviar, balanced by the bright lemony freshness of the original Guillotine vodka. Designed as a truly unconventional luxury spirit, Guillotine Ossetra Caviar Vodka is best appreciated slowly and thoughtfully. Its distinctive profile makes it particularly intriguing alongside fine seafood, chilled shellfish, or traditional caviar service, while its rarity and unique production make it a standout bottle for collectors of unusual and ultra-premium spirits.
