High Coast Single Malt Whisky Alv (750ml)

High Coast Single Malt Whisky Älv Swedish Single Malt Whisky | 46% ABV | Unpeated | Smooth, Fruity & Elegant High Coast Älv is an elegant Swedish single malt whisky inspired by the Ångermanälven river, which runs alongside High Coast Distillery in Sweden’s High Coast region. Part of the distillery’s The Origins series, Älv celebrates the river and the natural environment that help define the character of High Coast whisky. The Swedish word “Älv” translates to river, making this expression a direct tribute to its place of origin. Designed as a refined and approachable expression, Älv is an unpeated single malt with a soft, fruity character. The whisky opens with inviting aromas of vanilla, coconut, and sponge cake, followed by a palate of ripe pear, apple, and generous sweet vanilla. Its long, sweet finish keeps the profile elegant and smooth without introducing heavy smoke or peat. Bottled at 46% ABV, High Coast Älv offers enough concentration to showcase the character of the spirit while maintaining a polished and accessible drinking style. It is an excellent choice for enthusiasts exploring Swedish single malt whisky or for collectors looking to experience a distinctive expression from one of Scandinavia’s notable whisky producers.
