John L Sullivan Irish Whiskey (750ml)

John L Sullivan Irish Whiskey Blended Irish Whiskey | 40% ABV | 80 Proof | 750mL | Smooth, Rich & Balanced John L Sullivan Irish Whiskey is a distinctive Irish blended whiskey inspired by the legendary Irish-American boxer John L. Sullivan. The whiskey combines single malt and single grain Irish whiskey, creating a smooth and approachable style with more depth than its straightforward presentation suggests. It is triple distilled and matured in former bourbon barrels, allowing the spirit to develop layers of vanilla, oak, fruit, malt, and gentle spice. The nose opens with inviting aromas of golden apple, vanilla, butterscotch, oats, and soft malt. On the palate, the whiskey is smooth and lightly sweet, with fruit, vanilla, honey, citrus, and subtle oak supported by a gentle peppery spice. Its former bourbon-barrel maturation adds a silky sweetness and polished character to the finish. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), John L Sullivan is an easy-drinking Irish whiskey that works equally well as a casual sipper or in classic whiskey cocktails. Its combination of malt richness, bright fruit, vanilla, and oak makes it a versatile addition to any Irish whiskey selection.
