The original Walker family blend, handcrafted from as many as 40 of the finest Scotch whiskies aged a minimum of 12 years, for a smooth and robust blend.
Rich smoky malt, peat and sherry fruit character deliver a satisfyingly complex flavor on the long, lingering finish.
The heritage of Johnnie Walker blended whiskies dates to 1820 when John Walker opened a provisions shop in Kilmamock, Scotland and began selling Scotch Whiskey.
John Walker made a name for himself by mastering the art of blending single malt whiskies from distilleries all across Scotland to create a product of highest quality,
infinitely greater than the sum of the individual component whiskies.
John Walker handed down his knowledge and skill to his heirs, and thus began the House of Walker, the Scotch dynasty which helped create and shape the world's Scotch Whisky trade.
