Lagg Single Malt Scotch – Corriecravie Edition
Discover the bold and distinctive character of Lagg Single Malt Scotch Corriecravie Edition, an exceptional expression from the Isle of Arran’s renowned Lagg Distillery. Crafted with a commitment to tradition and innovation, this peated single malt is matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry hogsheads, imparting a rich complexity that perfectly complements its signature smoky profile.
On the nose, aromatic peat smoke intertwines with notes of dried fruits, toasted oak, and dark caramel, creating an inviting and layered aroma. The palate unfolds with a harmonious balance of earthy smoke, spiced vanilla, and stewed orchard fruits, enriched by hints of walnuts, dark chocolate, and warming oak spice. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving behind a lingering smoky-sweet embrace with a touch of maritime salinity.
Bold yet refined, Lagg Corriecravie Edition is a testament to the rugged beauty of its island home. Whether enjoyed neat or with a splash of water, this whisky offers a rich and immersive journey into the world of modern peated Scotch.
A masterful expression of smoke, spice, and island character.
