Mal Bien Agave Spirit Tigre Lázaro
An extraordinary expression that captures the untamed spirit of Oaxaca, Mal Bien Agave Spirit Tigre Lázaro is an exceptional mezcal that pushes the boundaries of craftsmanship. Handcrafted by the talented Lázaro family in the mountains of San Luis del Rio, this agave spirit showcases the unique blend of wild, native agave varieties, combining the best of both Tobasiche and Espadín. Distilled with a profound respect for tradition, this small-batch spirit offers a true taste of the wild heart of Mexico.
The nose is complex and inviting, with layers of smoky agave, earthy herbs, and delicate floral notes, complemented by hints of lemon zest, green pepper, and subtle minerality. On the palate, Mal Bien Tigre Lázaro reveals a beautifully balanced blend of roasted agave, fresh citrus, and a touch of sweet vanilla, underlined by a gentle smokiness. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving a warm embrace of earthy spice, dried fruit, and a hint of toasted wood.
