Mezcal Amarás Logia Cenizo
Mezcal Amarás Logia Cenizo is a rare and exquisite mezcal, crafted from the wild Cenizo agave, which flourishes in the high-altitude, mineral-rich soils of Durango. This limited-edition mezcal embodies the untamed essence of its native terrain, with a character as bold and complex as the agave it comes from. Distilled in small batches by skilled mezcaleros, Amarás Logia Cenizo reveals an intricate bouquet of earthy aromas, fresh herbs, and subtle smoke on the nose. The palate offers layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and a gentle spice, balanced by a long, smooth finish with delicate hints of salinity and minerality. Best enjoyed neat, this artisanal spirit is a sophisticated choice for mezcal connoisseurs seeking an authentic taste of Durango’s unique terroir and the refined artistry behind every pour.
