Mezcal Amarás Logia Ma Joven A3 Cenizo
Discover the bold expression of tradition and terroir with Mezcal Amarás Logia Ma Joven A3 Cenizo, an artisanal mezcal crafted from the rare Cenizo agave. Harvested in the high-altitude regions of Durango, this limited-edition spirit reflects the rich biodiversity of its origin, offering a one-of-a-kind tasting experience for mezcal enthusiasts.
The Cenizo agave undergoes a meticulous, time-honored production process, including underground pit roasting, natural fermentation, and small-batch distillation in traditional copper stills. The result is a mezcal of extraordinary complexity, boasting an elegant balance of smokiness and earthy minerality. On the nose, expect inviting aromas of wild herbs, citrus zest, and soft floral undertones. The palate reveals layers of roasted agave, white pepper, and hints of dried fruit, leading to a smooth, lingering finish with a whisper of oak and spice.
Presented as part of the Amarás Logia Collection, this expression honors sustainability, craftsmanship, and the artistry of mezcal-making. Best savored neat, Mezcal Amarás Logia Ma Joven A3 Cenizo is a true testament to the richness of Mexican heritage and a must-have for collectors seeking rare and authentic spirits.
