Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey – Slow Cut™ A Revolutionary Approach to Bourbon Smoothness Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey – Slow Cut™ is a premium bourbon crafted using Old Elk’s signature Slow Cut™ proofing process, a meticulous technique that gradually adds water over an extended period. This innovative method helps preserve delicate flavors and aromas that can be lost during traditional proofing, resulting in a bourbon of exceptional balance, richness, and smoothness. Featuring a high-malt mash bill and carefully selected straight bourbons, Old Elk delivers a refined sipping experience that combines classic bourbon character with a modern, approachable style.
