Old Elk Four Grain Straight Bourbon 2022 – A Masterful Fusion of Grains

Crafted with Old Elk’s signature slow-cut proofing process, this bourbon allows its rich flavors to develop fully, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and complex profile.
On the nose, inviting aromas of honey, caramel, and toasted oak are intertwined with hints of cinnamon, dark chocolate, and fresh-baked bread. The palate is layered and refined, showcasing flavors of vanilla, butterscotch, and warm baking spices, complemented by subtle rye spice, roasted nuts, and a touch of dried fruit. The finish is long and elegant, leaving notes of oak, sweet grain, and a gentle spice warmth.
