Copper Tongue hails from the historic Cascade Hollow Distillery in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Nestled in a beautiful valley next to a spring fed creek, Cascade Hollow’s unique style is inspired by both American and Scotch whiskies, bringing together traditions of each craft. Copper Tongue has a surprising mellowness uncommon of a cask strength 16-year-old straight bourbon whiskey.
