Product Description: Plantation Isle of Fiji Double-Barrel Rum
Experience the enchanting essence of the South Pacific with Plantation Isle of Fiji Double-Barrel Rum. This exquisite rum showcases the vibrant character of Fiji’s sugarcane, meticulously distilled and aged to perfection for a truly exceptional flavor profile.
Hailing from the picturesque islands of Fiji, this rum is initially aged in ex-bourbon barrels, allowing the spirit to develop rich notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak. It is then transferred to smaller, French oak barrels for a secondary maturation, enhancing its complexity with subtle hints of spice and tropical fruit.
In the glass, Plantation Isle of Fiji presents a warm amber hue, enticing you with its inviting aromas of ripe bananas, coconut, and a whisper of honey. On the palate, you’ll discover a symphony of flavors—lush tropical fruits harmonize with notes of dark chocolate and a gentle oakiness, culminating in a smooth, satisfying finish.
Perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks, this versatile rum also shines in cocktails, adding depth and richness to your favorite tiki drinks or classic rum cocktails.
Elevate your rum collection with Plantation Isle of Fiji Double-Barrel Rum—a true testament to the artistry of Fijian distilling that transports you to sun-kissed shores with every sip.
