Rabbit Hole 12-Year-Old Straight Bourbon – Amburana Founder’s Collection Cask Strength
An extraordinary expression of innovation and tradition, Rabbit Hole 12-Year-Old Straight Bourbon – Amburana Founder’s Collection Cask Strength is a rare and masterfully crafted whiskey that pushes the boundaries of flavor and complexity. Aged for 12 years in hand-selected American oak barrels before being finished in Brazilian Amburana casks, this limited-edition release showcases the harmonious balance of rich bourbon character and the unique spice-driven influence of Amburana wood.
On the nose, this bourbon captivates with bold aromas of cinnamon-dusted caramel, toasted coconut, and vanilla bean, layered with hints of nutmeg, dark chocolate, and warm oak spice. The palate is luxuriously rich and full-bodied, unfolding with notes of baked apples, honey-drizzled pecans, and maple syrup, complemented by waves of sweet baking spices, roasted nuts, and a subtle touch of tropical woodiness. The finish is long and warming, leaving a lingering impression of toasted sugar, spiced oak, and a whisper of exotic spice.
Bottled at cask strength for an uncompromising flavor experience, Rabbit Hole Amburana Founder’s Collection is a limited-edition masterpiece that represents the perfect union of traditional bourbon aging and avant-garde cask finishing. Presented in an elegantly designed bottle, this release is an essential addition for collectors and connoisseurs seeking a truly unique and refined bourbon experience.
A rare and exclusive offering—crafted for those who appreciate bold innovation and exquisite craftsmanship in whiskey.
