Redbreast PX Edition Irish Whiskey
Discover the exceptional Redbreast PX Edition, a luxurious expression that beautifully merges the classic richness of Irish pot still whiskey with the indulgent sweetness of Pedro Ximénez sherry cask maturation. This limited release exemplifies the craftsmanship and complexity that Redbreast is celebrated for.
With its deep amber hue, the PX Edition greets you with inviting aromas of dark fruits, figs, and luscious caramel, accented by hints of baking spices and warm oak. On the palate, experience a decadent blend of flavors—ripe raisins, chocolate-covered nuts, and a touch of honey—perfectly balanced with the signature spice and creamy mouthfeel of pot still whiskey. The finish is long and smooth, leaving a lingering echo of sherry sweetness and gentle warmth.
Ideal for enjoying neat or as a standout in your favorite cocktails, Redbreast PX Edition is a true tribute to complexity and artistry.
